Hilary Bloor, LCSW-R

Hilary W. Bloor, LCSW-R, is licensed to practice psychotherapy in New York State. She has clinical experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, PTSD, ADHD and life transition issues. She works with children (age 10 and older) and adults--and has extensive experience working with adolescents and their families. Hilary utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness based practices in her approach to guiding people toward positive change. 

Gillian Brown, LCSW

Gillian is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton ’15 Master of Social Work Program, with undergraduate degree from Elmira College ’13 in Sociology and Anthropology. Gillian’s research interests include motherhood, and cross-cultural psychology. Gillian has completed training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and continuing education programming, and is informed by Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing treatment modalities. Previous experience includes work with children, adolescents, and adults. In her work with clients, she employs an open and compassionate approach to understanding the challenges that humans face across the lifespan, and provides a focus on empowering people to develop a sense of meaning and purpose in achieving their life goals. 

Mary Kay Diakite, LCSW

Student Assistance Program (SAP) Coordinator

Mary Kay is an LCSW licensed to practice psychotherapy in New York State. Mary Kay began her career working with immigrant and refugee communities. Her work included running school based services, case management, support groups, parenting workshops and professional development, primarily around cultural competency and diversity. She is skilled in cross cultural communication, trauma informed care, survivors of torture, and victims of human trafficking. Later on she worked in the field of HIV providing supportive counseling and case management services and here became quite knowledgeable about issues facing the LGBTQ+ community. Mary Kay has four years of mental health experience, primarily serving elementary school children and their families. Mary Kay’s expertise includes anxiety, depression, managing chronic illness, PTSD and transgender health. She has been trained in dialectical behavior therapy and uses an ecclectic approach in her work with individuals. Mary Kay is aware of how privilege and systemic racism interact in society and holds space for these experiences and conversations within her work. Mary Kay is fluent in both French and Bambara.

Mary Galvin, LMSW

Mary graduated from Marywood University with a Master of Social Work degree in 1990, after completing a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and Psychology at Nazareth College in 1983. Mary has over 40 years of experience, most recently dedicated to working with Veterans for 16 years at the VA Finger Lakes Health Care System in Bath, NY. Mary also worked as a part-time clinical therapist at JRD Psychological Services, in Elmira, NY, over a period of 15 years. Mary has served in several other local and regional organizations, including school systems, in multiple roles including clinical, case management, and supervisory positions. She has provided therapeutic intervention to children, adults, and families with needs related to mental health, emotional and behavioral disorders, special education, trauma, therapeutic foster care, residential care, substance abuse, hospitalizations, primary medical care, skilled nursing care, and end of life/hospice care. Mary has had the privilege of working with people as young as newborn infants and their families and caregivers to the elderly up to 104 years old. She utilizes an eclectic approach and is very comfortable with and interested in working with diverse populations. Mary is committed to helping clients with use of a trauma-informed and solution-focused process with a focus on determining effective coping tools. Mary works with children as young as 5, adolescents, and adults. In her down time, Mary enjoys time with her son and family and friends, including her two kitties, as well as reading and travel. 

Betsy Lambert, LMSW

Betsy is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of New York and graduated with her master’s degree from University of New England. She has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Betsy utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy to help individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. Betsy's approach is to meet clients where they are at and help guide them through successful use of coping strategies.

Shelly is a LCSW-R licensed to practice psychotherapy in New York. She is experienced working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and Bipolar Disorder. She is located in our Corning office.

Rod Noel, LCSW-R

Executive Vice President, Clinical Services for Pathways, Inc.

Rod oversees the Clinical Services programs for Pathways, Inc. He is the original founder of Clinical Associates and continues to provide counseling services primarily to adults struggling with depression and anxiety. His approach is solutions-oriented and is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Rod also works with couples and families dealing with challenging life circumstances.

Edmund Osgood, LCSW-R

Edmund W. Osgood, Jr. is a LCSW-R licensed to practice psychotherapy in New York and Pennsylvania. He has experienced working with anxiety, job stress, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma recovery, communication improvement, decision-making, and retirement challenges. He works with children, adolescents, and adults (ages 5-95). His clinical interest in in general psychotherapy practice. He is located in our Corning office.

Lauren Peffer, LCSW-R

Clinical Site Supervisor - Corning

Lauren is a LCSW-R licensed to practice psychotherapy in New York. She has over twenty years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Her area of interests include working with anxiety, depression, trauma issues, ODD, and parent-child issues. She is trained in CBT, DBT, relaxation, and other mindfulness based coping skills.

Amy H. Robinson, LCSW-R

Psychotherapist

Amy is a LCSW-R licensed to practice psychotherapy in New York State. Amy has experience working with anxiety, depression, panic, phobic problems, extended grief or loss, ongoing or health concerns, including chronic pain, and verbal, physical, or sexual abuse issues. She works with adults and children over 12 years old. Her clinical interest is in providing Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping tools and treatment services. Amy is certified by the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET) as a Level 1 EFT practitioner. Amy is located in our Corning office and at Keuka Family Practice for individuals who are patients in that practice.
